Yummy Tummy Pastries Return Policy
· The initial 25% deposit is not refundable. But can be applied to another date or cake.
· Due to limited production on a given date, cancelations must be made 14 days prior to pick up in order to receive a refund of 75% of your total deposits. Not the initial 25%
· Cancelations made less than 14 Days prior to pick up will receive a 50% Refund of total deposits made.
· If you have chosen to have your order picked up and not delivered….DRIVE SLOW, WITH HAZARDS ON, SLOW STOPS AND SLOW STARTS!
· We cannot be responsible for damage to any cake once it has left our shop. We DO offer delivery. See delivery rates on the Custom Cake Pricing page.
· This Section is for cakes that are to be placed outside., we are not responsible for the condition of your cake following set-up at an outdoor event. Due to the effects of outdoor weather conditions, table on un-level ground, wind blowing, undesirable atmospheric items (ie: dirt, leaves, branches, sunlight.), insects and other wildlife, understand that products such as icings, fillings, cake decorations, etc, may not hold up and cannot be insured past satisfactory delivery and set-up.
