Can you supply references?
Yes.... We are curently working on a online guestbook and a way to show off our thank you letters.
Do any of your products contain nuts, soy, eggs or milk?
Yes. All our products are produced on the same equipment used in processing. Traces of items you could be allergic to could be in any of our products.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For retail store orders, we accept cash, checks (with proper identification and $10 minimum), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Our online store will soon accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
How do I order a custom cake?
The online cake order page will allow you create your own cake. To order custom cakes that go beyond the online page, please call our order center. They will take your order, and let you know the pricing. We will soon be able to scan photos on edible paper. Wedding and groom's cakes are also available. We would love to help with your special occasion. If you are requesting a copyright protected logo or design on your cake, we will need a release.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, you must contact YummyTummy Pastries 72 hours before the planned pickup or delivery time. Please have your order confirmation number ready, if it was an online order. For fastest service, please contact us on the phone. Contact Us Wedding, grooms and custom cake cancellations follow a different cancellation policy. After the we have recived a deposit and you have signed the conformation ALL custom cake sales are final.
Is everything baked and shipped fresh?
Hmmm.....Yes! We do not have a large storage facility so all are item are prepared fresh.
Is delivery included in the price?
We deliver wedding cakes throughout the Houston Metro area. Delivery and setup will be included in the price of all 3 tier wedding cakes serving 125 or more, within 10 miles from the shop (verified by using Google Maps). For deliveries beyond this area a delivery fee may apply. Sunday and holiday deliveries are available at an additional charge.
How far out should I plan to make an order?
In order to plan, only a limited number of cakes are scheduled each week. Consultations and cake tastings for wedding cakes and certain specialty cakes are required by appointment only. Orders for other specialty cakes can be conveniently placed by telephone, e-mail or on our Cake Order Form.
